Course Overview

This course is designed to enhance the home inspector’s practice in the field with a better understanding of the least considered areas of home inspection – Verbal & Written Communication. While a foundational understanding of home construction and its integrated systems is crucial to a quality home inspection, the nuances of working in a real estate transaction demand effective written and verbal communication. This course emphasizes written communication, i.e. report writing and email correspondence of inspection findings.
