Scrutinizing test conditions and troubleshooting potential interference is part of the quality assurance program that all radon testers must diligently adhere to. In this class, we will also explore ways to prevent and detect false radon results by assessing weather conditions, mechanical appliances, occupancy/activity, and other common disruptions to the radon measurement period.
In our unique 'flipped classroom', students participate in the best way for adults to learn! First, interact with the reading and presentation material in our online classroom to establish a baseline understanding for all students. Then, come to class for lively discussion and analysis of radon data, weather conditions, and other factors that impact radon levels.
